Hello Doc, I Had A Laparatomy Total Left Salpingectomy In

Hello Doc, I had a laparatomy total left salpingectomy in August and 2 weeks post op I had serous fluid build up which eventually cleared up. Everything healed up nice on the outside. However, in early December I discovered a small hard lump( sometimes painful sometimes not) in my lower abdomen just above the incision site. I thought it was an inflammation of the inner incision and would resolve itself but it's still there, what can I do please
