Hello Doc, I Have A LOT Of Pain In My

Hello Doc, I have a LOT of pain in my upper back, right side. Around the area of that bone that sticks out. The pain travels from there to the outer edge of my arm pit, down my upper and lower arm, and through my hand, leaving me with limited fine moter skills. What do you think?
