Hello Doc, I Took Morning After Pill Twice In A

Hello Doc, I took Morning after pill twice in a period of almost 2weeks and my periods are 7days days late but I spotted for 2days on the 11th and 12 of September and my periods were due on the 16th but upto now there is nothing and the pregnant tests are negative... Though I get to have terrible cramps. Is this normal?
