Hello Doc, I went for a pelvic scan and it reveals a non bulky and non gravid anteverted uterus with smooth outline and uniform myometrial echopattern AP diameter 30mm. Thin endometrial plate noted. The adnexae are free. Free fluid to depth of 15mm noted in the pouch of douglas suggestive of? P I D.what does dis mean? Pls Doc I want to know if am okay and my womb as well
