Hello Doc, My Little One Is Two Year Old(13kg) And

Hello Doc,

My little one is two year old(13kg) and my main concern is she keeps passing gas most of the time even fart while sneezing. Is this something I should worry about or is it common among kids of this age? she passes motion everyday most of the time and sometimes once in two days. If she poo's in the morning then by evening she starts farting again. Also if eats little bit her tummy bulges out quick. This worries me alot.
