Hello Doc. Right To The Point... Complete A/c Joint Separation

Hello Doc.
Right to the point...
Complete a/c joint separation in 2008 during auto accident. No surgery to repair. Occasional chest pain isolated in the sternum and gone within seconds of onset followed by tight left breast muscle mostly at top. Can be eased by applying pressure to muscle where shoulder and collarbone meet.
Occasionally after eating, just before bed, once I lay down I get a full and bloated feeling. Seems my food just sets on my stomach and will not move on. At a certain point, slight heartburn but not every time. After the bloated feeling, my heart rate is slightly elevated enough that i can't sleep but not panicked. Occasionally have a pulsing sensation in upper left abdomen just under rib cage with a different rhythm than my heart, a flex and release type feeling. Sometimes takes quite a few hours to go away. Feel like need to burp but can't. Instead i almost vomit if I try to push a burp. Took narco.5 a month ago for a pulled tooth. The second one i took caused nausea and later the same condition as described above with elevated heart rate and bloating. I recently did a 2 week vegan diet and never had this problem during that time.... What's going on with my guts, Doc? Why the raised heart rate and sleeplessness?

Thanks in advance. .....Joshua B.
