i have a 5 year old kid and now planning for a second child. i am 33 now. I've taken siphene tablet from day 2 of my menstrual cycle as per my gynaec's advice. can it be assured that the ovulation would have occured and the follicle will have ruptured? is there any probability of not conceiving? if not conceived this time, what should i do next? I do not want to get it delayed any more since i ve crossed 33 and it will be too late.
