Hello Doc..I Have A Uterus Didelphys Condition..and I Just Found

Hello Doc..I have a uterus didelphys condition..and I just found out that when I have my ultrasound last sept 16 and I also found out the same day that I am pregnant but has no sac seen yet only thickened endometrium for both side..I just want to ask f I would have a good pregnancy this time because last 2 yrs I was miscarriage in my 1st pregnancy.
