Hello Doc.My Son Aged 7 Suddenly Got Infected Through Food

Hello Doc.My son aged 7 suddenly got infected through food and water and is under medications after a bout of vomiting and loose motions.it's the 3rd day and he is better but not cooperative with all the antibiotics prescrbed.He was prescribed Flagyl Taxim nd Riniclausis.
Since loose motions have stopped. .should he still continue with RinI clausI
He anyways did not take it regularly even for 3 days. .
