Hello Doctor; 15 days ago got a single ulcer on my upper lip; I did not take any medication thinking it would heal itself but it progressed and I developed swelling on lip.then I saw an ent Dr. Advised me metronindazole and anti inflammatory gel but it did not heal.then gave me clindamycin; swelling reduced little bit but did not heal ; 3 tablets course was left n now taking cefuroxime, swelling increased again, I m also taking seresiopeptidase
