Hello Doctor! Am 27 Years Old Got Married A Year

Hello Doctor! Am 27 years old got married a year back and am desperately trying for a baby... My periods were very much regular which was 10th of every month with 5 days... My last period was on Aug 10th 2016 then i didnot get my periods,,, I took 5 home test and 1 blood test which all were negative. My doctor suggested me to take Regestrone 5ml 2 dose every night for 5 days... and the same was done. Is there a possibility could i still be pregnant?
