Hello Doctor Every Month I Get Boils And They Turn

Every month I get boils and they turn out very smelly when they burst after few days .
Unusual thing is that it comes in the same place again and again .
Most common places for boils appear are on face, armpits, shoulders, and buttocks, bums etc
Is it related to my ejaculation ? I noticed that if I don't have intercourse for a long time (i.e 6-7 days) or I have too frequent ejaculations , I felt that I develop boils somewhere or the other
if I gap my intercourses very well , I am fine
Please suggest me what should I be doing . I am fed up of this .
