Hello Doctor,
For some reason the outer edges of my big toes seem to be unduly sensitive. It feels as if the skin is tighter there than elsewhere on my feet, and they "tingle when I am in bed. I am 85 years of age, had a 5 way heart bypass in 1988, so am on medication since then, feet occasionally swell - mostly the left one. All in all considering my age, I'm in pretty good nick. Any ideas?
