Hello Doctor.. I Had A Laprotomy Around 6 Mnths Back,

I Had a laprotomy around 6 mnths back, reason was ruptured right ovary due to ectopic pregnancy..where my right ovary and fallopian tube had been removed..
My query is i have swallen abdominal area..can i continue wih normal excercises to get back in shape though i still have numb tummy around surgical area..
Secondly is it safe to concieve after this period of time..as i had my surgery on 21st feb 2015 repectively. I am already a mother of 2 girls..
