Hello Doctor,
I am 26 years old.I got married 2 and a half years before,since then i am trying to conceive,but with no results.My periods are regular.We did follicular study and the results were normal,my uterus ,eggs and endometrium all were as expected.My husband had a semen alalysis done and his count was 8 million.Since all the basic test results are normal,we are not sure on how to proceed further on the treatment.My doctor has advised us to go for IUI,but both of us have decided not to go for artificial fertilization.Can u please suggest ,are there any further investigation that to be done to explain infertility?
