Hello Doctor, I Am 27 And My Wife Aged 26.

Hello Doctor,

I am 27 and my wife aged 26. we are planning to conceive past 20 months and results unsuccessful.
We have all our check-ups and blood test done. All the test results looks fine including semen analysis and follicular scan. Doctor gave her Inj. HCG 500 IU 4 months back as initial treatment. My wife started getting ovarian cyst due to induced ovulation by HCG. She was put on Tab. Dronis 20 mg for 2 months and followed by the cyst disappears. Doctor has now suggested to take T.Siphene 100 mg from 2nd day of her cycle. Is there a real problem going on??. Though all the tests are normal, my unable to conceive still. Please suggest
