Hello Doctor, I Am 29 Years Old Woman And A

Hello Doctor, I am 29 years old woman and a few months ago I have developed a bold spot on my tongue which looks like geographic tongue and it is getting slightly bigger. It is not causing pain but I don't like the look of it and afraid that it can get worse... i have visited a dantist but she said it is normal and nothing to worry about and didn't recommend anything ... but still i worry....there were no changes in my lifestyle and I don't smoke and don't abuse alcohol. I was taking hormonal contraceptives for about 10 months last year can it be the cause? Also I have read on the Internet that this kind of tongue in some cases can be a simptom of vitamin B deficiency, though I often eat wild fish, and eggs and less often meat (mostly wild) I also take whey protein isolate or other BCAA suplements usually at least ones a day one scoop, sometimes twice a day, because I exercize about 12-15 hours per week and want to build muscles . I have been taking these supplements constantly for over a year now and it improves my performance. On Wikipedia it is an article that leucine which is the main amino acid of these suplements can lead to the vitamin B deficiency and then pellagra which can cause the geographic tongue , is it true and should I stop taking the whey protein or other BCAA? Or what else can I do to treat this condition?
Thank you. Olga
