Hello Doctor, I Am 36 Years Old Male And Face

Hello Doctor, I am 36 years old male and face recurrent renal calculus. In a span of 8 months I have got 3 stones averaging 4-5 mm. I had pilonidal sinus earlier however it healed on its own post I applied powder and kept the area dry. I am on medication currently as my Doctor told the stone will flush out. I have pain near the pubic bone and my testis. Kindly provide your expert opinion.
