Hello Doctor. I am 37 years old have backache problem, just got the MRI done, here's the results............... "Straightening of the lumbar sagittal curvature seen representing muscular spasm. At L4/L5 and L5/S1, there are mild defuse disc bulge causing slight ventral indentation over thecal sac without foraminal stenosis or nerve root encrochment"........................ I want to know how bad it is and what's the safest treatment?
