Hello Doctor. I am an 18 year old male. Since I was young I have had these spots on my penis skin and head. I am scared that I might have something, even though I am not sexually active. This sounds very shameful to say, but when I was 10, my hormones were really acting up. I tried to get a cat to lick my genital area, though it bit me. Ever since then, I have always been afraid that it could have infected me. Doctor by looking at these photos, what do you think I have? I don't have any side effects from the bite, no pain or anything.
