Hello Doctor, I Am Going Through Pain On My Big

Hello Doctor,

I am going through pain on my big toe of right leg and have swelling as well. this is forth occurrence in last 3 month and the same leg finger (big toe).
I went to doctor on my first occurrence he gave me medicine DT DOLONEX 20 MG in NIGHT and HIFENAC-P IN MORNING. when i take this medicine for 3 days i recover from this. what's symptom of this and what causing it to happen again and again. Please note I am HBP patient. Please advise.
