Hello Doctor, I Am Quite Concerned As Of Late With

Hello Doctor,
I am quite concerned as of late with new symptoms I am having...
Hard to swallow food
Liver pain
Ringing in ears
Food taste weird (butter taste like blue cheese?)
Overall fatigue
Over emotional
I have had two failed lower back surgeries and am on high doses of opioids that I abuse. I have been around enough to know I am an addict and went on suboxone twice because I was sick and tired of being sick and tired but the pain was to bad to function in routine life so I went back on the pain meds where I take as prescribed for the first month or two but eventually abuse... I know what I have to do long term to address my drug dependency but the new symptoms really have me concerned, are they all drug abuse related?
