Hello, Doctor... I caught a cold, doc recommended Azithromycin. Worked well on Tues and Wed. But I still have a light cough and Laryngitis. I have not been able to speak above a whisper, with difficulty, since Sunday. I have done warm water salt gargles 3 times a day, but doesn't seem to help. Is there anything else I can do?
