I do not have an enthusiasm and interest in doing things. Even if I start something new, I find it pretty difficult to persist. In other words, I seem to be fickle minded. Also I feel down and low most of the time. I also tend to overthink and under do most of the time. Is this an issue that needs to be addressed?
