Hello Doctor. I Fell On Ice About 10 Days Ago

Hello Doctor. I fell on ice about 10 days ago and hit my left arm hard on a cement step. I went and got X-rays the next day and was told nothing was broken. Now I have an egg sized bump on my arm the is bruised and it feels like a hard boiled egg when I push on it and it is still sore. Do you think I need to get it drained or will it go away on its own?
