Hello Doctor,

I had a follow up visit with my physician couple of days back and at the time of blood draw I had experienced severe sharp pain on the middle of the hand when nurse injected. I had mentioned about the pain but she mentioned it is normal and could be because you are fasting and hungry. The pain seems to be more now and didn't get subside even after 2 days and experiencing sharp pain whenever my hand is used to lift or take something which are as small as paper. I would like to get check up on this, can you please guide to which specialist I can go and get it examined.
