Hello Doctor , I Have A Chest Pain. While Sleeping

Hello Doctor , I have a chest pain. While sleeping I can feel a pricking sensation in various parts of my chest. I am having severe body ache. I am slowly recovering from severe cold and flu . Mucus is semi thick and is not free flowing make it difficult to bring them out. Can't sleep as my chest and lungs hurt. I toss and turn to get sleep. it does not help as I type I feel someone is pricking my lungs from within.
