Hello Doctor, I Have A Pea Sized Lump On My

Hello Doctor, I have a pea sized lump on my ear lobe. I am having it since my childhood. I am now 30 years. It is painful when I pressed it and squeezed it. Some white coloured pus will come out if I pressed it hardly and it is painful. And it is not painful if I did not touched it. I am little worried as read some where about cancer....
