Hello, Doctor. I have a question from my spouse - what do you believe would be a reasonable explanation as to why there would be a numb, grayish/blue patch on the bottom end of his penis' head? He says he feels nothing there, and that the lack of feeling/discoloration has only been occurring for about a year.
