Hello Doctor, I Have A Very Unusual Problem. Two Years

Hello Doctor, I have a very unusual problem. Two years ago my intestine ruptured. Had emergency surgery, several feet of intestines removed, and a colostomy put on for three months. It took me a long time to heal, I learned if I eat fresh veggies, fruit or have a fiber drink, I get a very bad intestinal blockage. Had lots of tests done, and everything is okay as long as I stay away from any type of fiber. The problem I have now is that just below the colostomy scar, deep inside I get an intense burning sensation, and it radiates to the skin which in turn burns. What could this be? I would appreciate your advice. Thank you. Ali Walsh
