Hello Doctor I Have An Ongoing Irregular Menstruation Flow. It

Hello Doctor I have an ongoing irregular menstruation flow. It has being ongoing for many years, it started when I first experienced the flow. I am married and its being two years but still I am capable of getting pregnant while having this irregular menstruation.
I really wanted to be pregnant and I am fighting with this problem. Please Doctor I am really in need of advise.
