Hello Doctor, I Have Been Diagnosed With ITP Since 2013

Hello Doctor,

I have been diagnosed with ITP since 2013 and my platelets maintained around 1lakh. During my first pregnancy in 2017, started using steroids from 4th month onwards until 7th month and the platelet count is around 1 lac. Suddenly the platelet count got decreased to 36k in 8th month. So doctor injected IVIGS resulting to further decrease of platelets from 36k to 10k leaded to complicated delivery. Gynaecologist did c section by injecting single donor platelets in time and also very lucky to find donors which become so tricky in short time.

I have couple of queries regarding planning of second pregnancy.
Is it safe to proceed for second baby after facing a worst situation during my first pregnancy ?
if I conceive what could be the treatment ? Please advise
