Hello Doctor, I Have Been Prescribed Telekast-L Tablets As I

Hello Doctor, I have been prescribed Telekast-L tablets as I am allergic to ice and cold drinks, cold breeze etc. I do not want to continue long with these tablets so is there any other medicines. I am 61 years old and have been taking these tablets since the past one month. If I do not take these for 2 days I get watery eyes, running nose, sneeze etc. What do you suggest. Thanks
