Hello Doctor I Have Been Suffering From Prostate Related Issue

I have been suffering from prostate related issue since last 1: 5 months but havent found any remedy for it till now...Below are the symptoms
Frequent urniation for every 15-20 mins in night
premature ejaculation
I have also underwent TRUS test for which i got below impression in it:
1. coarse heterogenous echotexture of prostate, with multiplt ill defined hypoechoic area throughout both peripheral and transistional zones,with no significant increase in vascularity
2. Mild prominence of common ejaculatory duct at verumontanum showing thick irregular hypoechoic wall with mild increase in vascularity
