Hello Doctor, I Have Been Suffering With Sinusitis And Allergy

Hello Doctor, I have been suffering with sinusitis and allergy problem since long time. I am frequently ( or sometimes for 10-15 days continuously) getting running nose, sneezing ( specifically in early morning hours and when atmospheric changes) and headache near eyebrows, but no fever. Could you please suggest some medical tips?
