Hello Doctor, I have been taking alprazolam 0.25 mg since last 4-5 years, I work in night shifts and difficult to get sleep if I don't take this tab everyday. I am diabetic since last 2.5 years and hypothyroid too. Please suggest how can I stop taking this medicine.
