Hello Doctor. I Have Had My Ultra Sound Done Which

Hello Doctor. I have had my ultra sound done which shows the following results:

-Single Intra uterine live gestation
-cardiat activity present
- CRL 9 cm = 14 weeks + 6 days
- amniotic fluid adequate
- no chronic separation seen
- cervical length : 2.6 cm
- internal OS closed

Could you kindly let me know if all is ok and is there anything I need to be careful of? Thanks a lot Doctor.
