Hello Doctor, I Have Had Very Bad Time Due To

Hello Doctor,

I have had very bad time due to which i went to into kind of depression and stressed mind state in which i was loosing my focus and I was like a lost personality and really had to stress my mind to do even simple mental things in my life and that happened for 2 years before that I was fine and I was happy and amitious during that depression stage i lost interest in everything.

Then I decided to visit and Psychiatrist initially he put me on recita 5 mg and duzela 10 mg and then started increasing the dose and after one year I am now taking recita 5mg and duzela 30 mg morning and evening both time.

My condition has improved and I started feeling as I was 5 or 6 years back.
However my concern is that whether I would get addicted to these medicine and till how long I have take these medicine as I am not getting a satisfactory answer from my doctor.

Are there any long term side effects?
What should I do now to regain myself on my own?
Are these medicines safe?
My weight has also increased from last one year from 65 Kg to 75 Kg and my height is 5.5'.

Please advise.
