I have many years treating my hypothyrodism and I hate take the pills (Armor) every morning that I never see any positive change for my thyroid. Every year I take a routine test of THS and always abnormal. I would like to know what kind of food can I eat to help my thyroid be normal again. I don't like all those pills that doesn't help.
