Hello Doctor, I Have Multiple Sore Joints That Heat Up

Hello Doctor,
I have multiple sore joints that heat up quite abit . I work bricklaying and landscaping and it takes a toil on me . I take painkillers to numb the constant discomfort . Any idea about what it maybe . I suspect my skeleton is in trouble as I had to get my pelvis realigned and had a cartilage op on my right knee and broke afew bones and generally feel in some level of pain . Can you help thanks
