Hello Doctor, I Have Osteoporosis And Pain In The Area

Hello Doctor, I have osteoporosis and pain in the area where the top of the back of my legs connect to the buttocks area. Can this be caused by the osteoporosis or am I getting arthritis or something else? It has been going on for years and keeps getting worse. I walk and exercise a lot and it doesn't change the pain level too much.
