Hello Doctor... I Have Pcos But The Cysts Is Small

Hello Doctor... I have pcos but the cysts is small not too big... Totally may be 6 cysts I have in my both ovaries.. Last 2 months I didn't have my periods. So doctor suggested me primalut n tablet. Per day I have to take 3 tablets.. My main doubt is... After I got periods for this month.. Can I try for pregnancy when I have pcos....??? And I am 25 years now and nearly 60kg... I have to concentrate on my weight loss first or what....????? Plz give me ur valuable advice and reply.... Thank you...
