Hello Doctor, I Have Severe Migraine Issue Since Last 8-10

Hello Doctor, I have severe migraine issue since last 8-10 years.Currently, I am 7 weeks pregnant and my OBGYN has recommended me to avoid my regular migraine medication during pregnancy. However,I am suffering from very bad headache(left part of my head) since 2 days and have been taking regular paracetmol as per OB's instructions, but there is no relief. Can I take 1 migranil or sinarest tablet in such condition?
Pls suggest.
