Hello Doctor, I Have Smoked About 4-5g Of Weed, And

Hello Doctor, I have smoked about 4-5g of weed, and I have some upcoming routine health tests. These tests, on my doctor's referral paper to the lab, are:

CBC (Complete Blood Count)
LFT (Liver Function Test)
KFT (Kidney Function Test)
Stool Analysis
Urine Analysis
Vitamin D

Will any of these normal tests show my use of cannabis and show THC, or will I be okay? I am 17, and do not want my parents to know I smoke weed, even though I'm doing great at school. Thanks
