Hello Doctor, I Have Tooth Ache And Consulted Doctor And

Hello Doctor, I have tooth ache and consulted doctor and he has suggested for OPG(X-Ray). I have stopped smoking a month ago, little bit scary on whetehr this tooth is because of smoking. Please suggest, if I have to undergo any more tests, as I could see lymh nodes below neck as well. My Dentist didnot mention any such things but it keeps haunting me.
