Hello Doctor, I Just Urinated As It Seems A Small

Hello Doctor, I just urinated as it seems a small parasite bug, its literally swimming in the bottle I peed in. just i be alarmed? I have had pain in my left testicles, including a pain that radiates to the lower left intestine in the past week. I have been subscribed anti inflammtion meds for it but the bug/parasite has scared me now. Any idea Doctor?
