Hello Doctor!

I think I may have Balanitis. For about 5 days I've had a rash on the head of my penis. It is a combination of itching and burning and it doesn't really go further down the penil shaft. The last couple days the skin has been more dry. If it helps to know I am circumcised and I am not sexually active. I also have not been anywhere recently where I could have picked up fungus or bacteria other than say the shower at home. The foreskin around the base of the head is especially inflamed. There is not pus or oozing or anything like that. I am looking for the best OTC treatment to provide relief for the moment. I will likely schedule a doctor's appointment as this has gone on for 5 days now.
