Hello, Doctor. I Was About To Ask About Sunflower Seeds

Hello, Doctor. I was about to ask about sunflower seeds if it increases uric acic, but i just read a reply below to the same question.
I have another question though. My right upper arm is aching at times. It seems like a muscle or a nerve is being stretched whenever i move it to some different angles. And lately i am feeling pain in my right shoulder too. What could be causing the pain and what can i do about it? I am a 60-year old female.
