Hello Doctor I Was Fine Till Day Before But Yesterday

I was fine till day before but yesterday when I woke up I had a very bad cough(dry cough). I am a occasional smoker and place where I stay usually fluctuates in climatic conditions(it apparently got very cold yesterday). Also I observed I had mild fever. I started on azithromycin 500 OD+ Tus Q dx cough syrup and paracetamol TID. Should I add montelucast as I think it can be allergic due to climate and my smoking habit.if yes then what dose. Thank you .
