Hello Doctor, I Was Having Running Nose Then Blocked Nose

Hello Doctor,

I was having running nose then blocked nose and pain in throat (on Friday) upon drinking anything. I did salt warm water gargle and hot water steam. Things improved however from Yesterday (Tuesday ) afternoon I've got left side ear blocked. It has been 24 hours
Please help!
